Sooo the tranny has to be removed, leading to the motor needing to be dropped to get access to bellhousing bolts, good times.
Also replacing while its down, motor mounts and cracked subframe.
The adapter plate sandwiches perfectly over the starter bolts.
Basically it has to be back togeather and running by Tuesday, so wish me luck.

How did the subframe get cracked?

I live at least a mile out a treacherous dirt road, and Im not willing to raise my car to stock height. And the local infastructure is shit so my car kisses the grounds often. But I honestly think the subframe cracked when I first bought it and had to drive it 200 miles home slammed.

That a lot of fucking work for a Lexus with a Nissan transmission.
